Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator / Talent Development Coordinator Position Summary The LMS Administrator / Talent Development Coordinator provides end‑to‑end support for Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting. This role partners closely with HR and Talent Development teams to support compliance training, leadership development programs, reporting automation, and digital collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically savvy, and enjoys improving systems and processes while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Provide administrative support for SuccessFactors and Workday Learning Management Systems by assigning mandatory compliance and regulatory courses to global and targeted audiences.
- Manage LMS course completions, corrections, and learner records.
- Schedule LMS course offerings; configure assignment profiles and reporting.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues, including course errors and data inconsistencies.
- Audit LMS, Workday, and related systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with HR and LMS administrators to create, redesign, and automate custom reports.
- Fulfill ad‑hoc reporting requests using advanced Excel and reporting tools.
- Track learning participation, attendance, and acceptance/decline metrics for leadership programs.
- Create basic e‑learning content using course authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
- Design, support, and maintain multiple Talent Development and Performance Management SharePoint sites.
- Manage digital file organization and access controls.
- Create surveys using Microsoft Forms and analyze results using Excel and Power BI.
- Promote learning initiatives, public workshops, and leadership programs using collaboration and communication platforms.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership development and coaching programs.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering arrangements for in‑person programs.
- Track vendors, route invoices for processing, and prepare expense reports.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Follow all data privacy, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an LMS Administrator, HRIS, or Human Resources Coordinator role.
- Prior hands‑on experience with Workday Learning and/or SuccessFactors LMS preferred.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
- Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts)
- SharePoint
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Forms, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Copilot
- Proven ability to analyze and report on data with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience developing complex spreadsheets and administering systems.
- Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 strongly preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%, including occasional overnight travel.
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in a people‑focused, operational role.
- Background in administrative or coordinator‑level roles with changing priorities and high urgency.
- Prior training or teaching experience; comfortable assisting and guiding other LMS users.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Analytical mindset with a desire to improve and streamline processes.
- Interested in education, professional development, and behind‑the‑scenes operational support.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn new systems and tools.
