We have a new role available for an LMS Systems and Improvement Specialist for a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This role will be based in Adelaide CBD.

Position Objective:

The primary objective of this position is to ensure optimisation of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) in line with business requirements. This includes provision of technical expertise in administering, monitoring and improving the LMS environments and providing strategic support to stakeholders across the organisation. This role will be required to have a continuous
improvement approach to review and improve the way training is recorded andwill be required to implement audit activities This will be delivered in line with company values and in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the LMS is utilising effective delivery methods to deploy and record learning and is maintained for best practice.

Position Accountabilities
  • Accountabilities for this position are:
  • Facilitate and continuously improve provision of service of Learning Management System to the business
  • Onboard new team members, monitor externals who require LMS Admin  access, and develop Quick Reference Guides to support employees, leaders and instructors within the LMS.
  • Lead risk mitigation and triage of any issues impacting SuccessFactors LMS
  • Work with TCS to ensure all issues with LMS access or service are resolved  in a timely manner
  • Maintain highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders globally to  ensure accuracy of SuccessFactors LMS data and configurations
  • Support the education process for peers and broader community to increase capability in managing SuccessFactors LMS administration
  • Contribute to the improvement planning, auditing activities and  implementation of systems improvement projects in the LMS
  • Participate in People Systems change projects to ensure that LMS  considerations are identified, acknowledged and we have a tested plan in place to implement changes.
  • Completion of high quality/effective User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in accordance with SAP’s bi-annual maintenance schedule to ensure upgrades go through without error.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on any issues to ensure minimal disruption to the business. Lead risk mitigation and triage, as necessary, for SuccessFactors LMS
  • Continue to develop on-boarding systems support and communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand system and improvement needs and offer suggested solutions
  • Drive accurate understanding of requirements and LMS Reporting outputs across the business
  • Provide access to and education on reporting (from LMS) and assurance outcomes to the business, as applicable
  • Compliance with the Clients Management System (SMS).
  • Compliance with the Clients Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Compliance with the Clients Corporate Governance and Safety requirements.
Professional Experience Required:
  • Essential experience required for this position includes:
  • Relevant work / industry experience in systems management and administration
  • Previous experience in systems administration for SuccessFactors LMS
  • Previous experience working in complex LMS environment with strong performance and problem-solving mindset
  • Stakeholder management
  • Business Process improvement
  • An understanding of consolidating information to define issues and scope into improvement initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Desired experience for this position includes:
  • An understanding of regulatory requirements for field operations staff or ability to learn
  • Ability and willingness to teach and educate on LMS and other applicable systems and processes
