Logistics Coordinator – Oil & Gas Projects
Purpose of the Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting complex projects by managing the transportation of goods and equipment essential to our operations. You will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective logistics solutions while acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end logistics activities in line with project and operational needs
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth material flows
- Arrange and optimize transportation modes (road, sea, air) to meet delivery schedules and cost targets
- Monitor shipments and anticipate potential delays or risks
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to secure on-time delivery
- Support contract negotiations and resolve logistical issues efficiently
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and project requirements
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Update forecasted vs. actual delivery dates in the ERP system and provide regular progress reports
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics challenges
- Contribute to efficiency improvements and best practices across logistics operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, ideally within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects sector
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes, shipping procedures, and applicable regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
