Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (100% onsite, warehouse-based)
Position Overview
The Logistics Project Professional is responsible for supporting warehouse logistics operations for the POC and CLS/SLS business lines. This role is fully onsite in the warehouse and involves hands-on management of demo equipment, marketing materials, diagnostic devices, and related inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsible for supporting warehouse logistics for POC and CLS/SLS business lines, including the following products:

Responsibilities
Storage Bin Management
- Receive, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Record material locations by batch in SAP for accurate tracking.
- Pick, pack, and ship demo equipment to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a noninventory tracking list to monitor demo equipment movement and serial-number-level location history.
- Perform stock adjustments in SAP based on shipments and receipts.
- Remove “Product Hold” items from general inventory and physically relocate them to a secured quarantine cabinet.
- Pick, pack, and ship all sales order materials from CDC.
- Process goods receipts for all incoming purchase orders and assign storage bins as needed.
- Process virtual goods receipts, including software licenses.
- Manage customer RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations).
- Coordinate vendor returns for excess, damaged, or defective stock.

- Epoc Blood Analysis System (reader, NXS Host, printer)
- Atellica DCA (Module, IDM, printer)
- DCA Vantage (analyzer, barcode readers)
- POC demo equipment (Epoc, DCA Vantage, Atellica DCA, RP500e, Advantus, Status+)
- Marketing materials (tablecloths, banners, etc.)
- Clinitek Status+ (analyzer, connectors, barcode readers)
- Clinitek Advantus
- PFA
- BFT II
- Hematek 3000
- Aptio peripherals
- Atellica Data Manager licenses
