Maintenance Associate
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Contract Length: Approximately 1 year
Work Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta
Position Overview
The Maintenance Associate plays a key role in supporting equipment readiness and reliability. This position is responsible for performing maintenance activities in alignment with the Maintenance Program and ensuring equipment is delivered on time to meet operational demands. Working within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center, the Maintenance Associate contributes to improving Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), maintenance efficiency, productivity, and asset availability.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assigned higher‑level maintenance tasks under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
• Follow all Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business system requirements, ensuring accurate and timely entry of maintenance‑related data.
• Comply with division‑specific TLM standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain required competencies in accordance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, efficiency, and reliability.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
