Contract period: 03.05.2026 - 30.12.2027
Location: Melkøya
Main tasks:
- Ensure all work performed in construction is made in full compliance with Company safety regulations resources
- Follow up manning of the project Mechanical Completion (MC) Group with necessary s
- Planning of MC activities in the project
- Lead and coordinate Handovers
- Ensure preparation MC manual or guideline is established and integrated in the project
- Agreed upcoming activities such as inspections, testing and punch-out. And follow up that the MC verification matrix is developed
- Follow up defined MC packages
- Ensure defining of MC and Preservation Scope for Suppliers and Contractor within Commissioning boundaries Control, coordinate and update of ProCoSys status
- Follow up of MC activities at suppliers and onshore
- Ensure checking all MCCR’s and MCC`s returned from Suppliers and Contractor including Punch Lists
- Monitor and coordinate all Company Provided Item (CPI) deliveries emphasise on Site Needed Date (SND) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- Multidiscipline MC coordinator with focus on Schedule and Hand over (HO). Secure a common understanding for system-based progress for all Commission Pack (CP) towards all discipline
- Monitor work progress against plans and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions
- Supervise and manage Company Provided Item (CPI) receiving and installation
- Support and follow up Contractor on Site Needed Date (SND) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- Work closely with construction team and follow up construction related issues to secure Handovers as scheduled Actively work with Contractor to ensure that mechanical completion is achieved with a minimum of punch listed items and ready for handover to Commissioning
- Participate in area/system punch out as required and ensure Contractors correct input to ProCoSys
- Follow up and verify Contractors closing of punch items as required
Qualifications:
- Preferably Master or bachelor’s in engineering multidiscipline or multidiscipline with extensive experience in Construction or Commissioning
- 5–10 years of experience in Construction or Commissioning
- Preferably previous experience from Company projects
- Familiarity with Construction and Commissioning work processes, procedures, and tools
