On behalf of our global Oilfield Services organisation, NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Mudlogger Analyst to join the team in Perth to support onshore and offshore projects.

As a Mudlogger Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and analysing wellsite data, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality data to support drilling operations, while maintaining strong HSE and operational standards.

Experience Required:
- Bachelor Degree level qualification in a highly relevant discipline
- Proven experience in mud logging or wellsite data acquisition (minimum 1 year post-qualification experience)
- Exposure to field-based oil & gas operations
- Experience in Product & Service Delivery (PSD) environments
- Strong understanding of operations integrity and data reliability
- Ability to work in high-pressure, remote site environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor, record, and analyse well data and drilling parameters in real time
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and reliability of wellsite data acquisition systems
- Prepare daily reports, End of Well Reports, and customer-requested deliverables
- Deliver accurate job deliverables on time and in line with customer expectations
- Maintain and troubleshoot sensors, equipment, and data acquisition systems
- Capture and process field data to support operational decision-making
- Coordinate with onsite personnel and third-party service providers professionally
- Participate in job planning, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement risk response measures during service delivery
- Ensure proper deployment, verification, and maintenance of field resources
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times
- Support preparation of final job deliverables and documentation, including invoicing support
- Comply with all HSE policies, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain required safety certifications
