Job Title: OCM Lead
Location: Montreal, QC
Length: 1 Year (with potential extension)
Rotation: 5 days on / 2 days off
 
Role Summary
The OCM Lead for the AGT Business will play a critical role in enabling the successful rollout and adoption of a new Teamcenter solution for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role is responsible for driving the people‑side of change by tailoring the Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework, managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating communication strategies, and guiding the Business Area through transformation.
 
This is a high‑visibility role requiring strong collaboration across PLM programs, AGT operational teams, global OCM networks, and local change agents. The OCM Lead will ensure the AGT Business Area is equipped, aligned, and prepared to transition to new PLM ways of working.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Change Leadership & Execution
  • Implement and manage the OCM framework and communication strategy for the AGT Business Area
  • Lead local OCM activities including kick‑off meetings, change enablement sessions, and readiness assessments
  • Maintain alignment with ongoing transformation initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across programs
  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing feedback loops, capturing lessons learned, and contributing to OCM methodology updates
 
Change Network Ownership
  • Build, sustain, and lead a Business‑Area‑specific Change Network aligned with the global program network
  • Empower Change Network members and facilitate effective two‑way communication between program teams and stakeholders
  • Guide the evolution of Key Ambassadors into Change Agents with clear expectations and tailored support
 
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Identify key stakeholders impacted by the PLM rollout and evaluate readiness, concerns, and adoption risks
  • Engage influential leaders as change champions to promote awareness and drive local advocacy
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses that inform communication and impact‑assessment activities
 
Communication & Engagement Strategy
  • Adapt the OCM and communication strategy to address AGT‑specific needs and stakeholder groups
  • Review and validate program‑level communication plans; create localized communications where required
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with related transformation programs
 
Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings with OCM teams, Training Coordinators, and Cluster leadership
  • Identify risks early, support mitigation planning, and maintain updates within the project risk register
  • Define and monitor key OCM KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide continuous improvement
  • Provide regular status updates to Program Manager, Rollout Managers, and Business Leads
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Analytical, structured, and able to thrive in fast‑paced transformation environments
  • Understanding of PLM processes, digital thread concepts, and engineering/manufacturing workflows
  • Proficiency with Teamcenter, SAP, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office
 
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office‑based with collaboration across global and local teams
  • May require flexibility to support transformation milestones and stakeholder engagement activities
