We are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Engineer (Offshore Wind) for the Bałtyk II and Bałtyk III projects.
Scope of responsibilities:
• Supervision of the activities and performance of the Investor Supervision Contractor within the offshore wind farm scope
• Participation in project meetings and ongoing cooperation with contractors, the investor, and project stakeholders
• Supporting the Investor Representative in contractual duties and progress reporting
• Coordination and preparation of technical documentation (including LTA, FIR, FDR, administrative and permitting applications)
• Handling and coordination of technical, site, and commissioning queries (TQ, SQ, CQ)
• Support in tendering processes (ITT), preparation of tender documentation, and participation in bid evaluation
• Cooperation with other company departments regarding technical coordination and project execution
• Monitoring project progress, reviewing documentation, and supervising quality and compliance of execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects on the General Contractor or Investor side
• Strong knowledge of the Polish construction process and Polish building law
• Very good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to coordinate teams and effectively cooperate with multiple stakeholders
• Independence, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Unlimited building license in any specialization (electrical or hydrotechnical preferred)
Terms of cooperation:
• Occasional travel to onshore locations and project meetings (depending on project needs)
• Possible occasional offshore trips on project vessels (training provided by the company)
