Key Responsibilities

 
  • Develop and maintain Contract Execution Schedules, Construction Detail Schedules, System Turnover Schedules and Commissioning Schedules.
  • Update project schedules on a weekly basis, including actual progress and forecasted dates.
  • Perform schedule analysis including critical path, delays, and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare Contract Summary Schedule including milestones, high-risk activities, and phase relationships.
  • Develop and maintain subcontract, procurement, permitting, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Ensure integration of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Activity Breakdown Structure (ABS).
  • Support progress measurement using earned value methodology and track performance against baseline.
  • Develop and maintain progress curves, quantity curves, and staffing curves.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports including progress, schedule, and forecast analysis.
  • Provide schedule alerts and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Ensure all planning and reporting data from subcontractors is integrated and compliant.
  • Utilize MS Project to develop and maintain schedules and submit updates in required formats
