MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
Within FOPS package of the project team, the Service will ensure that O&M Contractor documentation, Company Operations requirements, and the Field Operations Management System (FOMS) are fully aligned, completed, and operationally usable at Start-Up, delivering a robust, auditable, and fit-for-purpose Operations Management System for the Operations phase. This is a transversal coordination Service, acting as a facilitator, integrator, and change-enabler across multiple stakeholders.

ACTIVITIES
1. FOMS Implementation & Operational Excellence 
  • Identify and structure key interface procedures between:  
    • The client's Suriname FOPS entity and other client Suriname entities (transverse processes) 
    • The client's Suriname FOPS and O&M CTR  
  • Identify and mitigate gaps between Company Rules applicable in Operations and O&M CTR Operation Management System (GEMS) 
  • Support the implementation of the Field Operations Management System (FOMS) in affiliate liaising with the client's Suriname entities 
  • Ensure FOMS components (key procedures, RACI matrixes, KPIs and reports,  Meetings Term Of Reference) are consistent, owned, and operationally applicable, supporting operational excellence.
2. O&M Documentation Coordination & Acceleration 
  • Define, maintain, and monitor the integrated O&M documentation roadmap (≈150 Contractor documents). 
  • Establish planning, priorities, and critical paths for O&M document issuance. 
  • Organize and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to: 
    • Resolve comments and open points. 
    • Clarify operational intent and expectations. 
    • Align Company and Contractor interpretations. 
  • Track progress, identify risks, and report deviations to Operations Readiness governance.
3.    Company Operations Readiness Deliverables Integration 
  • Develop and maintain a cross-reference matrix linking: 
    • O&M Contractor documentation. 
    • Company Operations referential (CR/GM OT 550 +) and requirements.  
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and priority deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with Company Operations (FOPS) discipline owners to ensure missing deliverables are: 
    • Clearly defined. 
    • Assigned. 
    • Planned and delivered. 
  • Organize targeted alignment workshops under the sponsorship of the FOPS Manager. 
  • Monitor closure and escalating deviations when required.
4.    FOMS Tools & Operational Enablement 
  • Develop a FOMS tool (SharePoint or digital repositories), to facilitate understanding and access to the client's Suriname FOMS key components: 
    • Operation Readiness documents; Master registers. 
    • Bridging documents, contracts, key procedures and interfaces 
    • KPIs.
    • Governance , Key meeting Term Of Reference
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname Project  is  a  multidisciplinary  team  that  coordinates  the  project  managed  by the client on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname. 
 
The technical challenges the Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. 
 
The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. 

DURATION / LOCATION
  • Starting date: June 2026
  • Duration: Up to December 2028
  • Location (country/site): Paris - La Defense, with frequent travels to Kuala Lumpur, China Cosco yard, Paramaribo, Monaco, Pau.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Proven experience in Operations Readiness, Operations Excellence, and Operations Management Systems with the client
  • Experience in similar industrial projects.
  • Strong exposure to Company–Contractor interface management
  • Strong coordination, facilitation, and engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to structure complex documentation and management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong operational focus.
  • Comfortable operating in transversal, non-hierarchical roles.
  • English fluent
