Our client, a world-leading Oil, Gas and Energy company, is seeking an Operations Support professional to join their team at their Wellington Bulk Fuel Terminal. In this varied role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operation of the terminal and help ensure the operations run safely, efficiently, and smoothly by providing high quality administrative and operational support. Key Role Responsibilities:
  • General administration and document control
  • Processing orders, purchase orders, and invoice
  • Stock and operational reconciliations
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting logistics and delivery schedules
  • Preparing reports and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining compliance and operational documentation
  • Providing administration support to the Terminal Manager and operations team
  • And any other ADHOC tasks that supports the operations of the Wellington Terminal team.

To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or industrial environments is preferred.
  • Previous administration or operations support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a demanding environment.
  • Strong proficiency using the Microsoft suite (Excel, word etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly personality and strong work ethic
