- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and bulk chemical distribution.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities for trucks, railcars, and vessels to ensure safe and efficient product movement.
- Oversee the transfer of products into silos, tanks, and storage systems, including operation of conveyors and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock visibility.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and investigations to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure sufficient product availability to support operational and customer requirements.
- Measure, sample, and blend materials to meet defined technical and product specifications.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Safely operate warehouse machinery and bulk-handling equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
- Identify equipment issues and report or escalate as appropriate.
- Carry out basic routine maintenance activities and support maintenance teams during inspections or repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
- Actively promote a safe working environment and participate in safety initiatives.
- Accurately record inventory levels, receipts, shipments, and operational activities.
- Complete daily operational logs, reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.
- Support administrative and reporting requirements related to warehouse activities.
- Assist with punch list management and support commissioning activities when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in logistics, bulk handling, or warehouse operations.
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Technical aptitude, with basic mechanical or operational knowledge, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to support technical documentation, commissioning activities, and operational follow-ups.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team-based operations.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse, Engineering, or related fields; fresh graduates welcome. Experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Work Conditions: Based in a workshop/warehouse environment, office hours 08:00–17:00 with flexibility for overtime; 6‑month contract, immediate availability preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Excel), good attention to detail, willing to learn bulk and barite management processes; able to communicate in Thai and basic English.
- Safety & Training: Willing to comply with Safety Induction and QHSE requirements; on-the-job training provided for bulk and barite management.
