Organisational Change Manager
Location: Brisbane (Office‑based)
Roster: Monday to Friday
Contract Duration: Until 31 December, with a potential 12‑month extension

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a large‑scale business transformation initiative within the maintenance and asset management domain. This role will play a critical part in embedding change across asset‑intensive operations, ensuring new ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained.

Working closely with senior leaders, including General Manager‑level stakeholders, the Organisational Change Manager will lead change management activities aligned to asset management frameworks, operational excellence, and maintenance transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver organisational change management initiatives within asset‑intensive environments
  • Support business transformation programs across maintenance, engineering, and asset management functions
  • Develop and implement change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, and engagement activities
  • Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours
  • Engage effectively with General Managers and senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and guidance on change impacts
  • Ensure change initiatives align with asset management principles and operational priorities
  • Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable outcomes
About You You will bring:
  • Proven experience in Organisational Change Management, ideally within asset‑intensive or maintenance‑driven environments
  • A strong background or qualification alignment with Asset Management
  • Demonstrated success delivering change within maintenance or operational transformation programs
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence operating at senior leadership level
  • A structured, pragmatic approach to driving change in complex organisational settings
