P&C Operations & Advisory Lead
Location: Pangbourne
Start Date: ASAP
Contract length: 12 months
Travel requirements: 10% (potentially more dependent on business needs) Role Summary Lead the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of  global P&C Operations and Advisory model. The role is responsible for establishing scalable HR operations, managing external service providers, driving service excellence, and ensuring effective support for employees, managers and P&C teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead a global P&C Operations and Advisory operating model.
  • Establish and manage HR service delivery processes for standalone Client.
  • Partner with outsourced providers and vendors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Lead service governance, performance management, case management and issue resolution.
  • Drive customer experience, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide operational insights, service metrics and workforce planning recommendations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team.
  • Manage budget, risk, controls and compliance across P&C Operations.
  • Oversee policy governance, data protection requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead change management activities supporting the transition to the new operating model.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading large HR operations and advisory teams.
  • Experience in shared services, outsourced delivery models or global operating models.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, service analytics, employee relations and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
