Senior Piping Materials Engineer
Position Summary:
Responsible for specification, selection, and technical oversight of piping materials on large-scale US based LNG projects. Supports design, procurement, fabrication, and construction while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Position Summary:
Responsible for specification, selection, and technical oversight of piping materials on large-scale US based LNG projects. Supports design, procurement, fabrication, and construction while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain piping material specifications and classes
- Select materials for piping systems and ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME, ASTM, API)
- Review and approve vendor submittals and technical deviations
- Support procurement through material requisitions and bid evaluations
- Interface with engineering and construction teams to ensure material suitability and constructability
- Provide technical support during fabrication and installation
- Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related field
- 8+ years of piping materials engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of piping codes and material selection
- Experience with specifications, procurement, and construction support
