Job Title: Plant Inspector
Job Purpose
Execute inspection activities during EPC and start-up phases to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities through early defect detection and compliance with established standards.

Job Purpose
Execute inspection activities during EPC and start-up phases to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities through early defect detection and compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and NDT inspections on equipment such as vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and lifting equipment.
- Perform integrity assessments and prepare inspection reports using inspection systems/software.
- Monitor maintenance and project activities to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and procedures.
- Identify defects, raise inspection recommendations, and track corrective actions to completion.
- Support and supervise NDT testing activities (UT, MT, PT, RT, and advanced methods).
- Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and accurate records in system databases.
- Coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Diploma/HND in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of inspection experience in industrial/oil & gas environment.
- Certification in API 510/570 (API 653 preferred).
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and NDT methods.
- Familiarity with RBI, corrosion, and damage mechanisms.
- Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of plant processes and international codes.
