PMO Analyst ll

Role Overview: This role supports the smooth running of a program by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and keeping teams aligned. You will act as a link between project managers and delivery teams, helping ensure work is completed on time and issues are communicated early.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities across different teams to keep the program on track
• Help create and maintain project and program plans
• Track progress against timelines and report updates to stakeholders
• Support scheduling of tasks, milestones, and resources
• Identify risks, issues, and delays, and help manage them
• Prepare reports, meeting materials, and action logs
• Communicate updates across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure documentation is properly stored and up to date
• Support the PMO Manager and Program Lead with day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• 4–7 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Experience working in large programs or PMO environments
