For our client, a global leading life sciences company, we are currently seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of production equipment in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring that critical production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and remains in a qualified state.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (formulation, filling, packaging, spray drying)
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues directly on the shop floor
- Collaborate closely with production and technical teams
- Supervise external contractors during maintenance activities
- Maintain and update maintenance procedures and documentation
- Ensure accurate reporting of activities in CMMS systems
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
Profile
- Technical background in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field
- Experience in maintenance within an industrial or regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with production equipment and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of GMP and quality requirements
- Strong practical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
- Comfortable working in a dynamic production environment
- Fluent in French, with basic technical English
