For our Client, global automotive company, we are currently recruiting for the position: 

Process Quality Supervisor Position Purpose
We are looking for an experienced quality professional and people leader who will be responsible for driving process quality excellence across the manufacturing organization. This role plays a key part in developing a strong quality culture, enhancing process performance, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. The Process Quality Supervisor will lead a team of quality professionals while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can successfully manage multidisciplinary teams and drive quality performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. Experience within the electronics industry would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Process Quality team, including Quality Engineers, Team Leaders, and Technicians.
  • Define and implement process quality strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for process quality-related topics across the organization.
  • Ensure effective deployment and maintenance of quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and poka-yoke solutions.
  • Drive process capability improvements and reduce process variation through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support manufacturing operations in identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Lead and facilitate quality investigations using tools such as 8D, A3, QRQC, and DMAIC.
  • Support customer audits, external assessments, and quality escalations while ensuring timely and effective resolution of findings.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, industry standards, and internal quality management systems.
  • Promote a proactive quality culture focused on prevention, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Several years of experience in Process Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of core quality tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
  • Practical experience with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, DMAIC, and QRQC.
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis and process capability evaluation (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk).
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA requirements, and quality auditing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, risk assessment, and process validation activities.
  • Experience working with ERP, MES, QMS, or SAP-based systems.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
