What Do You Get?
- $55 – 62 per hour + superannuation dependent on experience
- Fortnightly pay via modern online payroll system
- 6-month contract with the potential for sign over after the 6 months.
- 2/2 roster – week of days and week of nights
- Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and Support Staff available throughout your contract.

- Opportunity for additional contracts at the end of your contract due to our large client base.
About You
- Proven experience as a Process Technician operating crushing and screening plants, including MMD sizers, cone crushers and conveying systems
- Strong understanding of plant operations and hands-on capability in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of fixed plant equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to follow site procedures and uphold company safety standards
- Experience using plant control systems such as SCADA, Citect, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop further skills
The Job Role
- Operate and monitor fixed plant equipment to ensure efficient ore processing and achievement of daily production targets
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on crushing, screening and conveying systems to maintain optimal plant performance
- Liaise with supervisors to report on production outputs, plant performance and operational issues
- Maintain high safety standards and supporting continuous improvement of site practices
