Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Lead (Pipelines) to oversee procurement activities for a major offshore LNG project. This role will ensure all procurement processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Lead (Pipelines) to oversee procurement activities for a major offshore LNG project. This role will ensure all procurement processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all pipeline procurement activities for the project
- Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives
- Review and monitor EPC contractor’s procurement performance
- Approve procurement procedures, documentation, and contractor deliverables
- Coordinate with PMT, contractors, and vendors to resolve procurement issues
- Oversee material purchase orders, expediting, and delivery timelines
- Evaluate and onboard key vendors; maintain Vendor List integrity
- Work closely with Quality teams to ensure materials meet project standards
- Monitor procurement plans, materials management, and spare parts processes
- Review vendor Spare Parts Lists (SPL) for accuracy and completeness
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in procurement or business-related discipline
- Minimum 4 years in Oil & Gas / LNG sector
- Experience managing EPC contractors and vendors
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role
- Strong experience in offshore LNG procurement projects (preferred)
- Exposure to global vendor management and contractor environments
- Strong negotiation & contract management skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures & industry standards
- Advanced planning, problem-solving & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tools/systems
