This opportunity sits within a centralized procurement and operations support function, supporting business-critical purchasing activities in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Key Duties Include:
- Convert approved purchase requisitions (PRs) into complete and accurate purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
- Validate vendor, item master data, specifications, pricing, quantities, and required delivery dates prior to PO release.
- Issue POs to suppliers and obtain acknowledgement, lead times, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor open orders and expedite delayed, short, or partial deliveries through supplier follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready procurement records, including PO documentation and supplier correspondence.
