- Immediate start on a 5‑month contract
- Lifestyle roster: 5D / 5N / 4 OFF (12-hour shifts)
- Day Shift:
- $58.00/hr to $65.00/hr + Super
- Night Shift:
- $63.00/hr to $70.00/hr + Super
- Super paid on all hours worked
- 5-month contract
- Lifestyle roster providing great work-life balance
- Work location: Perth-Based (no FIFO!)
- Fortnightly pay via modern payroll system
- Ongoing support from your dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant
- Opportunity for contract extension or future roles across a large client base
- Valid tickets: Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Experience in process plant operations, including packaging, filtration, or isolations
- Strong safety focus, including adherence to PPE and clean-shaven policy
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience operating FEL and/or forklift
- Current Right to Work in Australia
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform inspections, fault finding, and report breakdowns
- Work collaboratively to achieve production and safety targets
- Maintain strong housekeeping and participate in toolbox meetings and handovers
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement on site
