About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in bridging operations, maintenance, and advanced technology, leading the discovery, validation, and shaping of high-value AI opportunities across a complex asset environment.
This is not a traditional delivery role — you’ll be defining what should be built and why, ensuring initiatives are commercially viable, technically feasible, and operationally valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery across maintenance and operational teams to identify high-value opportunities
- Translate operational challenges into clear, AI-enabled use cases and product opportunities
- Develop robust business cases (ROI, cost, complexity, risks, dependencies)
- Assess feasibility across data readiness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery viability
- Build and prioritise a portfolio of initiatives (5–10 projects) into a structured program roadmap
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive discussions, and investment decisions
- Prepare delivery-ready briefs and support transition into execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Background in mining, resources, or heavy asset environments (highly preferred)
- Exposure to AI, analytics, digital, or data-driven product initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen — ability to build and challenge ROI-driven business cases
- Experience working across operations, maintenance, and technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level communication
