Benefits
- Perth CBD Located
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday
- 12 month contract
- $50-$55 per hour + super
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong document management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable liaising with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving with a collaborative team spirit
- Experience or familiarity with travel booking systems and SAP modules is highly regarded
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project and automation teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements, purchase requisitions, invoicing, and expense management
- Maintain accurate records, rosters, registers, and organisational structure update
- Organise meetings, VIP visits, functions, and training related to confidentiality and mobilisation
- Facilitate communication between contractors, management, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
