Benefits
- 6-month contract
- $75-$80/hr + super
- Monday to Friday, full time
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or within a PMO setting
- Strong planning, scheduling, reporting, and document control skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, HR, or equivalent practical experience
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs
- Assist with project budgeting, resource planning, and approvals processes
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance updates
- Monitor project performance across financials, schedules, and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and assist with audits and reviews
