For our client, RES developer with over a decade of presence in Polish renewable energy sector and successes measured by ones of the biggest RES projects in Poland we are currently seeking with an experienced Project Development Manager (PV/WIND/BESS) with exceptional experience in working with local communities and authorities.
In this role you will be part of a team responsible for large portfolio of BESS, PV and Wind projects on various stages of development. All succesfully developed projects will be later on built and operated by our client. Office is in Warsaw, work is to be provided in hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day remotely) with projects-related trips through Poland.

In this role you should have:
- Proven track record in RES project development (Wind experience is an asset)
- Willingness and predispositions to work with in-terrain permitting aspects (local authorities, local communities, land owners)
- Communicative english language
- At least 3 years of related professional experience
- Engineering degree would be an asset
- Project development of RES projects on various stages of development (since greenfield until RtB stage)
- Permitting activities, on-site visits
- Cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
