We are seeking an experienced Project EHS Manager to be responsible for leading and managing all Environmental, Health & Safety activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all project Environmental, Health & Safety activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote safety leadership, accountability, and employee engagement across the project.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai occupational safety legislation, environmental regulations, company policies, client requirements, and project-specific EHS standards
  • Support implementation of company EHS programs, safe work practices, and critical risk management processes
  • Overseeing Construction Safety Management by Conduct routine site inspections and safety observations and monitoring subcontractor team
  • Verify compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements and other project safety procedures
  • Provide technical oversight and governance for high-risk activities e.g. Working at Height, Lifting Operations, Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO), Heavy Equipment Operations, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS), Confined Space Entry, etc.
  • Overseeing Incident Management, Risk Management, and EHS Performance Monitoring

Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
  • Professional Safety Officer qualification in accordance with Thai legislation.
  • Minimum 10 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing EHS on large-scale construction project
  • Experience managing contractors, EHS performance across multiple contractors and work packages
  • Fluent in Thai and English communication skills
