About the role
We are looking for an Project Engineer. In this role, you will support the Engineering Project Manager in delivering projects that improve operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

You will work across multiple engineering disciplines and help ensure that engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, to the right quality standards, and in line with all safety and regulatory requirements. You will play an important role in supporting project coordination, managing interfaces, and helping engineering teams deliver successfully throughout the project lifecycle.

About the assignment
This role sits within a complex offshore engineering environment focused on deepwater ocean infrastructure and floating production solutions. Projects cover the full asset lifecycle, from design and construction to installation and operation. Within this environment, the Engineering Project Engineer will support the execution of engineering activities on offshore projects, including FPSO-related work. The role requires close coordination across engineering disciplines and with external stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies, and regulatory bodies.

Main responsibilities
  • Support the Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering activities, including deliverables, work-hour control, and schedule control
  • Work across all engineering disciplines to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Ensure all engineering work is carried out in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Capture lessons learned and understand the impact of changes within and across project system boundaries
  • Actively support discipline interfaces, including third parties such as clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies, and regulatory bodies
  • Contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of engineering work throughout the project lifecycle
Who are we looking for?
  • Engineer Diploma
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
  • Strong coordination and planning skills
  • Good understanding of project delivery, engineering quality, and compliance requirements
