Project Manager - P2P Deployment (12‑Month Contract)
Location: Westlake, OH (Hybrid preferred: 3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: $58/hr
Experience Level: 5–7 years
Role Overview
The P2P Deployment Manager supports procurement process deployment and P2P operational readiness with a strong focus on execution. The role requires solid procurement business analysis capabilities and a delivery‑oriented mindset. Industry background is flexible. Coupa experience is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead P2P deployment planning, coordination, and execution.
- Perform procurement business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap assessment.
- Support testing, validation, training preparation, and go‑live activities.
- Develop clear process documentation, user stories, and deployment materials.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and adoption.
- Track progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution to maintain deployment timelines.
- 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, P2P, or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P, sourcing, contracts, supplier onboarding).
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with procurement technology or ERP/P2P systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua).
- Background in procurement transformation, deployment, or process improvement.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
