Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center (MEP)
Experience: 8+ Years
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

MEP Project Execution

• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage critical infrastructure including:
  • HVAC and Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH)
  • Chillers and Cooling Towers
  • UPS Systems
  • DG Sets
  • Transformers and Switchgear
  • Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
  • Plumbing and Drainage Systems
  • BMS and DCIM Systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• At least 5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission-Critical Facility projects.
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning and delivery of Tier III or Tier IV Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and critical environments.
