Project Manager (Utilities)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong communication and technical documentation skills to support electric transmission and/or large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, documentation, reporting, and deliverables
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Track budgets, schedules, risks, and action items
• Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
• Support project controls, forecasting, and contract administration
• Utilize Primavera P6 and Excel for scheduling and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in:
  • Electric Transmission / Utility projects OR
  • General Construction projects
• Experience with project controls, documentation, and deliverable management
• Proficiency with:
  • Primavera P6
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Up to 345kV transmission or substation project experience
• Utility or renewable energy experience
