Punch List Coordinator & Field Supervisor
Take ownership of punch list coordination on a major brownfields expansion project.
Lead walkdowns, track completion progress, and support shutdown execution.
Step into field supervision when required and play a key role in final project delivery.
SALARY & BENEFITS (Contract Role)
• Competitive flat hourly rate plus super
• Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
• 6–12 month contract through to December
• 50‑hour week, increasing to 70–80 hours during shutdowns
• Monday–Friday roster with potential night shift coverage
• Local role at Kwinana
• Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant support throughout your contract
• Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor events
• Opportunities for future contracts across our large client base
ABOUT YOU
• Experience in punch listing, completions, commissioning support, or shutdown supervision
• Strong understanding of mechanical completion and system handover
• Background in chemical, industrial, or heavy brownfields projects
• Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders under shutdown pressure
• Flexible to move between punch list coordination and field supervision as needed
THE JOB ROLE
• Join the Owner’s Team delivering a major upgrade to a live plant
• Manage punch list systems
• Lead walkdowns, capture and prioritise punch items, and drive close‑out
• Support shutdown execution, where punch list activity peaks
• Step in as an additional field supervisor during quieter periods
• Contribute to the final 9 months of a high‑profile expansion project
