We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Expeditor to support procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, risks are managed, and stakeholder expectations are met.

- Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Liaise closely with suppliers to track manufacturing progress, identify delays, and drive resolution
- Provide accurate and timely expediting reports, including status updates, risks, and mitigation actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, engineering, operations, and site teams
- Identify and escalate supply chain risks that may impact critical activities or operational continuity
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is current within ERP systems
- Support vendor performance management by tracking and reporting on delivery compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance expediting processes
- Assist with purchasing administration, including inbox management and development of procurement KPIs
- Proven experience in an expediting, procurement, or supply chain role within mining, resources, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery schedules and tracking purchase orders
- Exposure to shutdowns or major project environments
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
