Client is seeking a highly experienced Construction Quality Assurance Manager to support the delivery of major capital projects in Nevada. This role is responsible for establishing and executing quality assurance programs across all phases of construction, ensuring that work is completed in accordance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Client is seeking a highly experienced Construction Quality Assurance Manager to support the delivery of major capital projects in Nevada. This role is responsible for establishing and executing quality assurance programs across all phases of construction, ensuring that work is completed in accordance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or energy infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to implement robust QA/QC systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across multiple projects
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contract specifications, engineering standards, and applicable codes and regulations
- Establish inspection and test plans, audit protocols, and reporting processes to track quality performance
- Lead quality audits and field inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation meet design requirements
- Collaborate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to drive consistent quality standards
- Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and quality documentation for completeness and compliance
- Identify quality risks, non-conformances, and root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Track and report on key quality metrics, providing insights to project leadership
- Support commissioning and turnover activities, ensuring documentation and systems meet operational readiness standards
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience in construction quality assurance or quality control, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, inspection protocols, and construction quality standards
- Experience working on large-scale capital projects, including greenfield facility construction
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards such as ISO, ASTM, ASME, or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors and interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues proactively
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience supporting battery manufacturing, renewable energy, or advanced manufacturing facilities
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer, CQM, or similar
- Knowledge of Nevada state construction regulations and permitting requirements
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
