This role is positioned within a centrally organized and independent Quality Assurance function in a technical, project-driven environment. It serves as a corporate focal point for monitoring the effectiveness of quality control processes across multiple departments. 1. Role & Context
Within a technically driven organization in the offshore and energy sector, the Quality Assurance function operates independently within the HSEQ department. While quality control activities are executed by operational teams, this role ensures consistent application and effectiveness of quality processes across the organization.
Reporting to a QA lead, the position acts as a cross-functional point of contact, overseeing adherence to procedures, identifying deviations, and supporting departments in improving performance and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiating and coordinating audits, spot checks, and verification activities
- Assessing the effectiveness of internal control and compliance systems
- Translating audit outcomes into clear performance metrics and reports
- Identifying improvement opportunities and recommending sustainable solutions
- Supporting the optimization of critical business processes
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in internal auditing, process improvement, or quality control
- Experience in project-based, technical, or industrial environments (e.g., energy or offshore) is an advantage
- Familiarity with quality and control frameworks (e.g., ISO standards)
- Experience with process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong ability to interpret operational and technical data
- Excellent reporting and data visualization skills
- High level of integrity and independence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance compliance requirements with operational realities
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-starting attitude
