Benefits
- 15-month fixed term contract
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- $125k + super
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries
- Strong networks and understanding of the resources and energy sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment guidance and coaching
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Ensure data integrity within recruitment systems and provide timely updates and analytics
- Collaborate across HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to employment legislation
