Role: Regional Chartering & Voyage Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead regional chartering and voyage execution activities.
- Manage vessel scheduling, nominations, loading and discharge operations.
- Optimise vessel utilisation, freight efficiency and capacity management.
- Coordinate with terminals, ports, brokers, ship owners, agents and marine service providers.
- Manage demurrage, claims, delays, operational disruptions and associated risks.
- Support TSA transition activities, governance processes and operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, marine regulations and sanctions requirements.
- Deliver operational insights to support network optimisation and freight strategy.
- 8-15+ years' experience in shipping operations, chartering or voyage management.
- Strong background within tanker, lubricants, chemicals, oil & gas or bulk liquid shipping.
- Proven experience managing voyage execution, scheduling, demurrage and claims.
- Strong stakeholder management across brokers, vessel owners, terminals and marine service providers.
- Experience within oil & gas, lubricants or chemical shipping environments highly desirable.
- Exposure to TSA transitions, carve-outs or large transformation programmes advantageous.
- Experience using voyage management and chartering systems preferred.
