We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Technician to join our HSE team. Reporting to the Regulatory Lead, you will support the organisation's regulatory compliance framework by maintaining compliance systems, coordinating reporting, monitoring legislative changes, and ensuring regulatory obligations are accurately tracked and managed. This role will commence on a 12 month initial contract, working Monday to Friday.
This role works closely with operational teams to help maintain compliance and support the organisation's licence to operate.

This role works closely with operational teams to help maintain compliance and support the organisation's licence to operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the RegFrame compliance system.
- Coordinate quarterly compliance reporting and monitor outstanding actions.
- Track legislative and regulatory changes and update compliance registers.
- Prepare compliance reports, KPI updates and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain regulatory documents and support document control processes.
- Assist with regulatory reporting, audits and general administration.
You will have:
- Experience in a compliance, HSE, governance or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience working with compliance systems or databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Power Query desirable).
- A proactive approach and commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
