We are working with our Oil and Gas EPC, recruiting for a Sourcing Coordinator to join them on an initial 1 year contract with potential extension/ perm conversion. The EPC Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for supporting procurement activities for a specific EPC Project. The role ensures that procurement requirements for critical path and long lead items are fully tracked, visible, and aligned with project schedules and customer contractual need dates

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions
- Strong and comprehensive understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, with demonstrated experience covering ITO (Inquiry to Order) through OTR (Order to Execution)
Procurement Tracking & Critical Path Control
- Maintain and update the Procurement Tracker for all EPC packages, with emphasis on critical path and long lead items.
- Monitor supplier progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or dependencies impacting project milestones.
- Support preparation and delivery of procurement status updates for customer meetings.
- Provide accurate progress reporting aligned to contractual milestones and customer need dates.
- Ensure consistency between internal reporting and customer-facing updates.
- Act as a liaison between project and sourcing teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely action closure.
- Drive procurement-related risks and product package issues through the appropriate COEs for resolution.
- Support cross-functional stakeholders in removing barriers and accelerating progress.
- Ensure execution strategies, bid commitments, and customer contractual flowdowns are fully understood and applied across procurement activities.
- Validate that sourcing tasks align with customer requirements and project delivery expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with engineering, project controls, quality, logistics, COEs, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate procurement execution.
- Coordinate weekly updates, action reviews, and collaboration room activities.
- Provide regular project/sourcing leadership updates on procurement status, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain governance discipline by keeping procurement documentation structured, accurate, and audit-ready.
