ROTATING LEAD SPECIALIST
Location: Seine-et-Marne, France
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until 31/12/2026 (renewable)

We are looking for a Rotating Lead Specialist to join a major refinery transformation project.
Working within a multi-project team, the successful candidate will be responsible for all rotating equipment activities across several project areas, ensuring consistency, quality, and coordination from construction through commissioning and start-up.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all rotating equipment topics across the project portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between rotating, process, piping, instrumentation, and systems disciplines.
• Review technical specifications and identify any deviations requiring client approval.
• Support EPC contractors and suppliers during technical clarifications.
• Monitor engineering, construction, and installation progress and report schedule deviations.
• Provide technical guidance to rotating and mechanical teams.
• Define and follow Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for rotating equipment.
• Supervise rotating equipment erection, installation, and connections during construction.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including validation of technical documentation and completion dossiers.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to achieve Ready for Start-Up status.
• Provide expert support during start-up to troubleshoot rotating equipment issues.

Requirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience with rotating equipment in Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Energy projects.
• Strong expertise in rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated packages.
• Proven experience in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Experience supervising contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work within a complex EPC project environment.
• Fluent English required.
