NES Fircroft is recruiting Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas - OFS) for a leading Oilfield Services company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in industrial services, field operations, engineering solutions, and support for major Oil & Gas projects across the Kingdom.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic client engagement, with a strong focus on securing contracts with major operators and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, downstream, and industrial services sectors
  • Achieve sales targets, profitability objectives, and market share growth
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion plans
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major Oil & Gas operators and EPC contractors
  • Act as a key point of contact for client engagement and business development activities
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and industry trends
  • Support long-term partnerships and framework agreements
Tendering & Commercial
  • Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
  • Manage tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations
  • Support pricing strategies and commercial optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams during bid execution
Compliance & Local Content
  • Align business activities with local content and IKTVA requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and industry standards
  • Support vendor registration, qualification, and procurement processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline)
  • 8–10 years of Business Development experience within the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record in securing major contracts and developing strategic client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of tendering platforms, procurement systems, and commercial processes
  • Established industry network within the Saudi Energy sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred
Preferred Profile
  • Experience working with major national oil companies and EPC contractors
  • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and IKTVA requirements
  • Background in Oilfield Services, drilling, industrial services, or engineering solutions
