Sales Manager (Food Ingredients – Ho Chi Minh city)

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Food Technology, Biotechnology, Bioscience, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical sales, application, R&D, or related roles within the food or ingredient industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking capability.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for technical presentations, documents, and solution proposals based on customer needs.
• Able to work independently, think logically, and handle negotiations and problem‑solving effectively.
• A team player who can work well under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite on a daily basis with a responsible and diligent attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical prototypes and product applications to support customer promotion activities.
• Plan and execute product promotion strategies to expand market presence for food additive and ingredient solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits to promote products and provide technical support.
• Identify new products, applications, and market opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze food industry and market trends.
• Take responsibility for product registration in Vietnam.
• Track and update Vietnam food regulations relevant to assigned products.
• Represent the company as a presenter at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
