About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Scheduler to support Operational Readiness (OR) activities on major capital projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and maintaining OR schedules to ensure a seamless transition from project delivery to operations. You will work closely with OR teams, project managers, and operational stakeholders to keep activities on track and aligned.

- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Operational Readiness schedules, including milestones and resource allocation
- Align scope, objectives, and timelines with OR, project, and operations teams
- Track progress, monitor deadlines, and identify or escalate potential schedule risks and delays
- Coordinate tasks and assignments with project managers and technical specialists
- Propose and implement strategies to keep activities on time and within resource constraints
- Analyse scheduling and project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination across teams and departments
- Experience in project scheduling, preferably on large or complex projects
- Solid understanding of mining operations
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong time management skills
- Confident in seeking clarification, guidance when required, and escalating risks or issues appropriately
