We’re seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to manage earthworks and roadworks on a major greenfield mining project. In this contract role, you’ll oversee on-site engineering and quality assurance, ensuring designs are accurately implemented while meeting safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
- On-site availability with accommodation provided
- Willingness to work 10/4 FIFO roster
- Immediate start preferred
- Professional engineering certification is a plus
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven site-based civil engineering experience in mining or minerals processing
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, roadworks, and civil design software (12d Model, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality assurance and safety compliance
- Experience with quality management systems and constructability reviews
- Ability to manage technical queries and site documentation
- Previous FIFO roster experience
