グローバルな臨床開発リーダー企業で、シニア臨床開発モニター（SCRA）として働き、革新的な医療ソリューションの推進に重要な役割を果たしませんか。多様な治療領域における臨床試験サイトを管理し、効率的なコミュニケーションやモニタリング、スケジュール遵守を通じて、フェーズIIおよびIII試験の高品質な実施を確保します。
必須スキル：

• サイト選定、開始訪問、定期モニタリング、終了訪問の経験
• 原資料確認、症例報告書（CRF）のレビュー、クエリ対応の実績
• サイト管理およびプロジェクト調整能力
• 日本語流暢、英語中級レベル
• MS Officeの操作スキル
• マルチタスク、効果的なコミュニケーション、問題解決能力
• 国内出張の柔軟性（30～40％程度）

歓迎スキル：

• 腫瘍学、血液学、消化器疾患（IBD）、感染症、神経学、腎臓病領域の経験
• 規制対応や監査対応の経験
• 看護師、薬剤師、生命科学系のバックグラウンド

学歴・経験：

• 生命科学、薬学、看護学等の学位、または同等の教育・経験
• 日本国内でのCRA IIレベル相当のサイトモニタリング経験3年以上

• 東京を拠点とし、ハイブリッドまたはリモート勤務可能
• 東京以外の応募者も歓迎
• 国内出張対応可能なこと
