The Role
You’ll operate as a generalist consultant, working across a diverse portfolio of engagements rather than a single functional silo. Assignments may span operations, transformation, risk, transactions and performance improvement.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Structuring and solving complex business problems
- Analysing data to generate clear, actionable insights
- Supporting and leading client discussions, workshops and executive presentations
- Managing workstreams and delivering high‑quality outputs
- Working closely with clients on site to drive implementation
Your Background
Successful candidates typically bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business
- 4–7+ years’ experience in consulting, engineering or industry
- Previous working exposure to the resources sector (essential)
- A strong technical or analytical foundation with early‑career engineering experience
- Mandarin language capability is advantageous but not essential
Location & Travel
- Office‑based in Brisbane or Perth, five days per week
- Regular client travel (~40%) across Australia
