This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize complex project schedules.

If you thrive on precision, collaboration, and strategic planning, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction phases – contributing directly to timely, efficient, and safe delivery.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in developing and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Skilled in analyzing project trends, identifying delays, and implementing corrective solutions
  • Strong experience with progress reporting including earned value analysis and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead planning meetings and workshops
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster their professional growth
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with risk management, supply chain processes, and commissioning activities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of project planning experience, ideally within the energy or oil and gas sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is highly preferred
Other Requirements:
  • Based in Rotterdam with availability for a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
