We’re looking for a Senior Plant Engineer, for one of our key clients, to oversee the strategic and day‑to‑day management of construction plant and equipment on a major infrastructure project in Krakow. You’ll ensure the plant fleet is safe, compliant, cost‑efficient and fully aligned with project delivery needs.

What you’ll do
- Manage owned and hired construction plant, including heavy civils, lifting and specialist equipment
- Maintain plant registers, inspections, certifications and statutory compliance
- Plan mobilisation/demobilisation and ensure plant is serviced and safe to operate
- Lead plant‑related H&S activities, RAMS input, lifting plans and routine audits
- Control plant budgets, forecasting, utilisation reporting and cost‑recovery
- Work closely with project teams, suppliers and hire partners to ensure timely availability and performance
- Experience managing construction plant on heavy civils or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of plant legislation, compliance and safety standards
- Commercial awareness and experience with plant budgets and hire contracts
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in live construction environments
- Knowledge of lifting operations, tunnelling plant or heavy earthworks (desirable)
- Polish language skills are an advantage
